Terms of Service for Photography Services

1. Introduction
By hiring Dominika Montonen-Koivisto / Design Domi ("Photographer", "I", "me", "my"), you ("Client", "you", "your") agree to the following Terms of Service.
2. Booking and Payments
2.1 Booking Fee
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment date and time.
2.2 Final Payment
Final payment is due no later than the day of the photography session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Services
I will provide photography services as mutually agreed upon and detailed in the Photography Services Agreement.
4. Copyright and Licenses
4.1 Copyright
I retain the copyright of all photographs taken.
4.2 License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photographs for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
5.1 Cancellations by Client
Cancellations must be made in writing. The booking fee is non-refundable.
5.2 Cancellations by Photographer
In the unlikely event that I cannot perform the services, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
6. Limitation of Liability
I shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. My total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the photography services.
7. Confidentiality
All personal data will be handled in accordance with Finnish law and the GDPR. No personal data will be shared without your explicit consent.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by Finnish or Luxembourgish law, and any disputes will be settled in courts Finland or Luxembourg.
9. Changes to Terms
I reserve the right to update or alter these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you.
10. Acknowledgment
By hiring Dominika Montonen-Koivisto / Design Domi for photography services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service and agree to be bound by them.
